Refund policy

Product Quality & Defect Resolution Policy:
At ApocalTees, all products are printed on premium-grade garments selected for superior comfort, durability, and craftsmanship. We uphold strict quality control standards in material sourcing, print fidelity, and overall wearability. In accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, customers may be eligible for a reprint or refund in the event of a verified manufacturing defect. To initiate a claim, the defect must be reported via our contact form or email within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for resolution. This policy applies exclusively to defects originating from the manufacturing process. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions. All claims must include photographic evidence of the defect and proof of purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
