ApocalTees is a post-apocalyptic fantasy/fiction apparel brand operating through Shopify and fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand platform. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our site, products, and services.

Products & Fulfillment 
All ApocalTees products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. We do not hold inventory. Fulfillment times typically range from 2–7 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

Pricing & Payment 
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at checkout and processed securely via Shopify’s payment gateway. We do not store payment information.

Order Accuracy 
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you notice an error, contact us using the "Contact" link in the menu above immediately—we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & Refunds 
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Intellectual Property 
All designs, graphics, and content on ApocalTees are original and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability 
ApocalTees is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party fulfillment or shipping providers. We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes on international orders.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data.
